Introduction

As RF/mmW device modeling engineer, the main job scope is to analyze/interpret test results, develop and deliver device models. Candidate should have strong interests in semiconductor physics and/or RF designs for applications such as wireless mobile, IoT, automotive, etc. A candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn attitude and team play will be first considered. The quality of our delivery plays an important role in a customer’s 1st time design success.

Your Job
  • RF/mmW device model development for used in circuit designs such as PA and LNA
  • Study and analyze RF device characteristics
  • Data preparation and analysis of test results
  • Collaborate closely with device and modeling engineers on development
  • Report preparation to summarize results or to make technical recommendations
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications
  • BS, MS or PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field
  • Candidate with no prior experience can be consider
  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
  • Ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor Engineering
  • Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor Engineering
