Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Centre Group is growing its Development Advisory capability across Asia-Pacific. The Development Advisory Lead role supports this growth by providing senior technical and development-focused advisory input across feasibility, due diligence, asset, and early-stage development engagements. The role operates alongside the Head of Data Centre Development Advisory, acting as a trusted technical and commercial counterpart. This role supports the delivery and growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s data centre development advisory services across APAC. Lead and contribute to feasibility studies, asset condition surveys, technical due diligence, and development reviews, while supporting consistency, quality, and judgment across advisory outputs.
