Job summary

SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent QA Inspector to join our production team. You will follow quality processes, read drawings and BOMs, and assemble pre-labeled harnesses according to Work Instructions.

Your day will include basic visual inspections, torque verification, completing Quality Checklists, and reporting any deficiencies for rework. You will collaborate with teammates to resolve problems and ensure production line quality.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of quality processes and ability to learn new software (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Flexibility to juggle multiple tasks and calls.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to Quality processes.
• Read drawings, wire lists and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Install pre-labeled harnesses using Work Instructions.
• Perform basic visual inspection, verify proper torque (when needed), and apply proper torque marks (when needed).
• Fill out Quality Checklists and the Inspection Data Base.
• Respond to Production Line calls for Quality concerns or needs.
• Identify deficiencies, record them properly, and request Rework as needed.
• Follow up with the appropriate channels when concerns are identified.
• Communicate with other team members to solve problems.
