Job summary

BEANS FACTORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a part-time Customer Service Assistant for the Kovan outlet in Singapore. You will greet customers, process orders, support cashier duties and help with dessert preparation while upholding cleanliness and SOP standards.

Training will cover food preparation duties, and the role requires morning-shift flexibility with a minimum 25 hours per week and a 4-month commitment. The rate starts above SGD 10.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Singaporean, PR, or LTVP+ holder.
• Experience in F&B service preferred.
• Food safety handling cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive service experience.
• Accurately process customer orders and prepare desserts according to SOP.
• Operate the cashier system competently to handle payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet to ensure a safe environment.
• Prepare and cook food items during morning shifts (only if training completion).
