Job summary

A leading tech support firm in Singapore is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in administration and support. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and have familiarity with basic network troubleshooting. Knowledge of Active Directory and the latest Windows operating systems is a plus.

Job description

• Candidate needs to possess good communication skills.
• Candidate needs to familiarize themselves with the End-users computing environment and desktop support workflow.
• Able to perform basic network troubleshooting, Telnet, tracert, hopping, DNS, McAfee
• Scanning (blocking IP)
• Good understanding in AD, group policy, proxy setting, Power Excel, latest Windows OS
