Job summary

A leading IT consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the banking or healthcare sector. The role involves providing 24/7 onsite IT technical support, including installation and troubleshooting of Windows and Microsoft applications, as well as Apple iPad software. Candidates must have strong Windows OS knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a team. This position is crucial for maintaining high client retention through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in banking or healthcare environment.
• Must know Windows 10 and have Mac OS knowledge.
• Experience providing 24/7 business-as-usual support.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services.
• Install, troubleshoot, and reconfigure Windows and Microsoft applications.
• Deploy Apple iPad software.

• Windows OS (Must know Windows 10) & Mac OS (added advantage)
• To have reliable BAU support for 24/7
• To have a skilled team to support for BAU, Projects and Tech refresh
• To deliver best service and with high client retention.
• Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.
• Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs.
• Installation of Apple iPad software’s and deployment.
