Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Troubleshoot system issues including operating systems and office applications.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)

Good communication and problem-solving skills
