Job summary

A leading IT services company is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist for desktop support and troubleshooting in Singapore. You will communicate with end users regarding IT issues, respond to incidents, and monitor service levels to ensure client satisfaction. Candidates should be prepared for physical tasks as required and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.

Job description

Location: Bedok (Training Period) / Multiple location (After Training)

Working hours: 8:30am to 6pm or follow end client working hours

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end users and communicate with them regarding IT issues.
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of escalated incidents, and give timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Perform heavy lifting as required.
• Handle service requests related to client platforms.
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems, and provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
