About the Role

We’re looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide first-line IT support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for users. You’ll handle a wide range of desktop, Microsoft 365, and device management tasks — from troubleshooting to system setup and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user desktop support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues.
  • Manage user and device enrolment in Microsoft 365 and Intune.
  • Support and maintain M365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Perform system imaging, reimaging, and asset inventory management.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and update standard procedures.
  • Escalate incidents as needed to meet service level expectations.
  • Participate in M365 migration and device rollout projects.
Requirements
  • ITE or Diploma in IT or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in desktop or IT support.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience in IT helpdesk or remote support.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers or lead small upgrade projects.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Windows Client / Managing Modern Desktops are a plus.
