Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
• Proficient in End User Mobile Devices.
• Experience in Asset, Incident, and Request Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and perform asset management.
• Handle incident and request management tasks.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead.
