This role focuses on providing support for end-user devices including desktops and mobile devices, troubleshooting problems, and managing user accounts. Ideal candidates will have experience with Windows 11 and Office 365, along with other preferred skills. This position offers a long-term contract with Monday to Friday working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Skills in administration and configuration of end-user devices.
• Ability to perform end-user account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for end-users’ computing devices.
• Administer and configure devices as required.
• Manage end-user accounts and device hardening.
