We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Desktop Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site helpdesk support, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth IT operations. This role requires a strong foundation in IT support, basic networking knowledge, and a willingness to learn and work independently.

• Provide on-site helpdesk support for end-users, including troubleshooting network, hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients to resolve IT-related issues and support project implementation.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes/upgrade
• Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, office relocations, and new deployments.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct Standard Client system setup, patching, configuration and troubleshooting
• Perform Active Directory domain and GPO system administration
• Perform IT Assets management, IT procurement administration, and maintenance contract management.
• Conduct end user training / briefing

Qualities We Value

• Basic networking knowledge (e.g., IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN troubleshooting).
