Job summary

HMLY PTE LTD is seeking a design professional to create and refine artwork for print and digital materials. You will collaborate with designers and Sales/Clients to confirm layouts and make amendments as needed.

You will edit graphics, import text into desktop publishing tools, and ensure proofs are accurate before print. Overtime and shift-work are required, and teamwork is essential to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PSD.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Overtime and shift-work is required.
• Communicate well with Sales / Clients.
• Able to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather existing materials or work with designers to create new artwork.
• Coordinate with Sales / Clients to confirm layout and make amendment accordingly.
• Find and edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations.
• Import text and graphics into desktop publishing software programs.
• Position artwork and text on the page layout.
• Select formatting properties, such as text size, column width, and spacing.
• Check proofs, or preliminary layouts, for errors and make corrections.
• Liaise with Sales and Printing Department on print preparation.
• Other related duties as assigned by superior.
