Job Description:

• End user support
• Support and troubleshooting which includesdiagnosis of hardware and software failures or problems.
• Responsible for correcting all problems associatedwith the supported list of End User Equipment and Software.
• Coordinate with Third Party software and hardwarevendor as necessary to keep End User Equipment and Software in good workingorder.
• Installation of software/application.
• Synchronizing application settings to environmentrequirement.
• Relocation of computer devices and peripherals.
• Setting up of the end users’ profiles forapplications.
• Provide desk-side orientation training not toexceed thirty (30) minutes appropriate to the End user receiving the IMACD.
• Other adhoc task as assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in IT
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Experience in supporting MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365
• Good verbal and written communication skills
