Design Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Design Project Manager to lead the full cycle of outlet renovation and maintenance projects. You will oversee concept development, design planning, and project execution ensuring every space reflects our brand vision and enhances the customer experience. If you’re passionate about interior design, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to help shape the future of the F&B landscape, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end design process—from concept creation to on-site implementation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical and visually compelling design plans.
• Manage the selection, coordination, and supervision of external designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits across Singapore for project assessments, renovation checks, and to support new outlet openings.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and brand standards.
• Track, monitor, and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and relevant tools to elevate our design capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in using design and project tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, and other CAD software (e.g., Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, D5)
• Strong track record in managing multiple design projects, ideally with experience in F&B or retail environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive team player who can work both independently and collaboratively.
