Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Design Project Manager to steer early design stages of large public buildings, coordinating architecture, structural, facade and other disciplines.

You will act as the technical representative, lead international client meetings, manage information flow and document control, and ensure compliance with local codes and contractual requirements in English. Excellent presentation skills and ability to manage stakeholders under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Cross-disciplinary coordination and project management capabilities.
• Excellent business and technical English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate early design stages (SD/DD) of large-scale public building projects.
• Act as the company’s technical representative and lead frequent technical meetings with international clients and consultant teams.
• Establish and manage information flow and document control systems across disciplines.
• Manage the early-stage design schedule and proactively identify design risks.
• Ensure design proposals and development comply with contractual requirements and local Singapore regulations/codes.
