Job summary

A leading design agency in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager for the Outreach & Engagement team. You will shape and drive programmes celebrating Singapore's design talent, develop outreach opportunities, and manage design showcases such as the Singapore Design Week. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with up to 5 years of experience in project management or events, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in programming, outreach, events management, marketing or project management.
• Strong ability to influence outcomes as a collaborator and negotiator.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
• Able to prioritise, troubleshoot, and focus under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across private and public sectors.
