JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking a Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineer to design and develop mechanical and hydraulic systems compliant with industry standards and contractual requirements. You will design sizing and integration of steel structures and components, and produce drawings, BOMs, and manuals.

You'll conduct equipment testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning at factory and container terminals, and provide technical support to Sales, After-Sales and Production teams while training users as

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Experience designing machinery and hydraulic systems, with heavy equipment preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and engineering calculations.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication and machining is advantageous.
• Experience in system setup and equipment testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical and hydraulic systems based on industry standards, good engineering practices and contractual requirements
• Design/sizing/selection/integration of steel structures, mechanical & hydraulic components
• Design and produce mechanical and hydraulic system drawings/BOM and all associate project document such as operation and maintenance manual.
• Conduct equipment testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning at the factory and container terminals.
• Provide technical support to the Sales, After-Sales, and Production teams, and train users when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
• Experience in designing machinery, mechanical components, mechanisms, and hydraulic systems. Experience with heavy equipment, cranes, or construction machinery is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and the ability to perform engineering calculations and technical analysis according to industry standards.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication and machining processes is an advantage.
• Experience in system setup, component selection, equipment testing, and troubleshooting is preferred.
