Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams for the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• Lead monthly meetings to review project progress and deliverables.
• Ensure on-site work complies with all local authority requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on tender specifications, quotations, and technical matters.
• Prepare weekly work schedules and monitor project timelines.
• Oversee and take full responsibility for works carried out by junior supervisors under your charge.
• Ensure that all project aspects meet government regulations and standards — including safety, inspection, testing of equipment, and staff training.
• Provide timely and accurate design progress reports to management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of experience in ACMV design work.
• Strong knowledge of Cleanroom System Design and Room Heat Load Calculation.
• Ability to create proposal design documents independently.
• Proficient in conducting fieldwork measurements to understand the site environment.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations for ACMV systems.
