CTCI Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineering Design & Coordination professional to support semiconductor and Front-End FAB project design activities at Woodlands North, Singapore. You will prepare engineering designs, review drawings and coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure compliance with project specs and regulations.

You will liaise with the Design Manager and Project Manager, handle design changes, and provide technical clarification during project execution.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor, Front-End FAB or industrial engineering projects preferred.
• Familiar with engineering drawings, design coordination and technical documentation.
• Experience with design revisions, technical queries and engineering changes.
• Singapore construction practices and regulatory requirements knowledge preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Engineering Design & Preparation: Support the preparation and development of engineering designs, drawings, specifications and technical documents; Review design documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Multidisciplinary Design Coordination: Coordinate with Process, Facilities, Architectural, Structural, MEP, Automation and Production Equipment teams; ensure design interfaces are consistent across disciplines.
• Design Change Management: Assist in reviewing and coordinating design changes; assess impact on requirements, schedule and construction activities; ensure proper documentation and communication.
• Project Execution Support: Coordinate engineering design requirements with site and construction teams; provide technical clarification during implementation.
• Technical Documentation & Follow-up: Prepare, review and maintain drawings and design documents; follow up on RFIs and outstanding issues; keep documents updated.
• Coordination with Project Stakeholders: Work with Project Manager, Design Manager, Consultants, Clients, Partners and Suppliers; attend design coordination meetings and track actions.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting engineering design activities for semiconductor and Front-End FAB projects, including design preparation, technical coordination, engineering drawing reviews and design changes. Work closely with the Design Manager, Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design deliverables meet Client requirements, project specifications, applicable regulations and construction requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engineering Design & Preparation

• Support the preparation and development of engineering designs, drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Review design documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical design issues during project execution.

2. Multidisciplinary Design Coordination

• Coordinate with Process, Facilities, Architectural, Structural, MEP, Automation and Production Equipment teams.
• Assist in coordinating design interfaces to ensure consistency across different engineering disciplines.

3. Design Change Management

• Support the Project Manager in reviewing and coordinating design changes.
• Assess and follow up on design revisions and their impact on project requirements, schedule and construction activities.
• Ensure design changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant parties.

4. Project Execution Support

• Support project execution and preparation by coordinating engineering design requirements with site and construction teams.
• Provide technical clarification and follow up on design-related issues during project implementation.

5. Technical Documentation & Follow-up

• Prepare, review and maintain engineering drawings, design documents and technical records.
• Follow up on design submissions, technical queries, RFIs and outstanding design issues.
• Ensure design documents are updated and properly maintained.

6. Coordination with Project Stakeholders

• Work closely with the Project Manager, Design Manager, Consultants, Clients, Partners and Suppliers to facilitate design coordination.
• Attend design coordination meetings and follow up on assigned technical matters and action items.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor, Front-End FAB or industrial engineering projects is preferred.
• Familiar with engineering drawings, design coordination and technical documentation.
• Experience in handling design revisions, technical queries and engineering changes.
• Basic understanding of multidisciplinary engineering disciplines, including MEP, Structural and Facilities.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
