Key Responsibilities
- Design Vision & Strategy: Set the overall design vision and strategy for the organization, aligning it with business objectives.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a creative team of designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Project Oversight: Manage the entire design process for projects, from initial concept and strategy through to final implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Interface with clients, senior management, and other departments to present designs, gather feedback, and ensure design goals are met.
- Quality & Consistency: Ensure design consistency across all platforms and projects, maintaining brand identity and high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve complex design and communication issues, adapting to evolving client needs and market research.
