A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in design coordination for road and commuter infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks. This role involves coordinating activities from project inception through to completion and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
Coordinate design and construction activities from concept to completion for road and commuter infrastructure projects.
Prepare, review, and maintain design documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Assist in design development, presentations, and technical submissions.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors for approvals, design clarifications, and project updates.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project requirements, and regulatory approvals.
Maintain organized project records, track design changes, and support administrative tasks.
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in design coordination for construction projects, preferably road and commuter infrastructure.
Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
Conversant in BIM software such as Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, Navigator, or similar.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
