Job summary

JOLLY INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Interior Designer to translate client briefs into cohesive concepts, mood boards, and space plans while balancing aesthetics with budget constraints.

You will produce detailed interior and architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Archicad, develop 2D/3D visuals, select materials, coordinate with contractors, and oversee site visits to ensure design intent is realized on schedule and within safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand project requirements, design preferences, and budget.
• Prepare interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning proposals.
• Produce interior and architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Archicad.
• Develop 2D drawings, 3D visualisations, layouts, and detailed design documentation.
• Select suitable materials, furniture, lighting, colours, and finishes for projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and monitor renovation or fit-out progress.
• Revise drawings and designs according to client feedback and site requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards, building regulations, and project specifications.
• Prepare quotations, project schedules, and material specifications.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely project completion within budget.
• Maintain proper documentation and project records throughout the project lifecycle
