Job summary

Le candidat doit posséder un BA/BS en sciences ou ingénierie et au moins 2 ans d'expérience, avec des compétences en gestion de projets et en conformité cGMP. Poste à temps plein, sur site, avec collaboration internationale et responsabilités de budget.

Responsibilities

• Diriger des projets d'installation et de modification d'équipements et d'actifs d'ingénierie pour répondre aux exigences opérationnelles et de fiabilité.
• Travailler avec les ressources internes et/ou les entrepreneurs externes pour planifier, programmer et exécuter des projets d'investissement dans les délais et budgets.
• Assurer la conformité des conceptions d'équipements et de tuyauterie avec les standards industriels, les spécifications maîtresses et les exigences cGMP et SHE.
• Créer, réviser et approuver des documents cGMP (SOP, dessins d'ingénierie, ordres de modification) et maintenir la documentation du projet.
• Soutenir les équipes d'ingénierie globales dans l'exécution de projets d'envergure (>10M CHF) et fournir un soutien au(capacités) pour les autres entités Roche à Singapour.

La position

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead projects through the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment, facilities and engineering assets, in order to meet operational and reliability requirements for existing product and/or new product introduction.
• Collaborate with internal resources and/or external contractors to plan, schedule and execute capital projects within established timelines and budgets.
• Ensure equipment and piping design conforms to industrial standards, master specifications, statutory requirements, SHE standards, cGMP compliance and other necessary requirements.
• Create, review and/or approve cGMP documents such as SOPs, engineering drawings, change orders, etc. and maintain project documentation as necessary.
• Support global engineering teams in the execution of large-sized capital projects (>10M CHF) as required.
• Provide engineering and project management support to other Roche legal entities in Singapore.
• Partner with manufacturing teams with the intent of building competencies for proper operation of manufacturing equipment and imparting capabilities for potential operator care programs.
• Partner with maintenance and utility teams to ensure maintenance requirements are duly considered in asset design, support updating of maintenance procedures/work instructions and imparting capabilities for asset maintenance.
• Partner with reliability teams to provide information for setting up maintenance master data, contribute to total asset lifecycle management and support reliability initiatives for all F&E assets.
• Partner with network teams as RSTO’s technical SME as required.
• Assist Section Head in preparation of site capital plan and monitoring of capital budget
• Support the technology transfer of new products/ processes to Singapore site as required.
• Support qualification of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment as required.
• Support quality and/or safety root cause analysis, risk assessments, impact assessments and implement CAPA as required.
• Comply with all RSTO’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements, never put oneself and others at safety & health risks, and report any workplace accidents, near misses and hazards as soon as practicable.
• Observe all RSTO’s site security measures at all times, and report any suspicious characters/objects & damaged security mechanisms to Site Security immediately.
• Support development of key engineering topics for site regulatory inspections and flings as required.
• Embody PT Lean Production System (LPS), while demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset and behaviors through the use and application of LPS tools for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as delegate to Head of Engineering as required.

Requirements:

• BA/BS or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline
• At least 2 years’ working experience.
