Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dermatology clinic to maintain smooth workflow and patient service.
• Perform administrative tasks including stock taking and inventory management to ensure supplies.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on clinic devices to ensure proper and safe function.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Assist doctors during clinical procedures and daily operations to support patient care.
• Carry out ad-hoc administrative and clinic duties to support efficiency.
• Use MS Office (Word, Excel) to complete documentation accurately.
