Job description
Working hrs: Monday - Saturday; 8AM - 6PM
Working location: Jurong Port

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall project management covering Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (BEPCC) phases to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions.
  • Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, and commercial negotiations to safeguard the company’s interests.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress control, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or risks.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE and quality management systems throughout all project phases.
  • Supervise major procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to achieve milestones and handover targets.
  • Monitor project financial performance, including budget control, cash flow forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Collect information on policies, regulations, industry standards, and competitors in the three countries, compile market analysis reports, and provide support for the company’s strategic decision-making.

Job Requirement:

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and Business Adminstration.
  • Minimum 13 year of experience in engineering in the construction main-construction is a must.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
