Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall project management covering Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (BEPCC) phases to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions.
- Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, and commercial negotiations to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress control, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or risks.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE and quality management systems throughout all project phases.
- Supervise major procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to achieve milestones and handover targets.
- Monitor project financial performance, including budget control, cash flow forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Collect information on policies, regulations, industry standards, and competitors in the three countries, compile market analysis reports, and provide support for the company’s strategic decision-making.
Job Requirement:
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and Business Adminstration.
- Minimum 13 year of experience in engineering in the construction main-construction is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Willing to work at site office
