Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide implementation of best practices as an administrative executive.
- Support the Managing Director in bridging management decisions with operational execution.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Japan HQ to ensure local alignment with global policies.
- Drive sustainable development and growth initiatives across the organization.
- Manage project promotion activities including progress tracking, issue resolution, and steering committee operations.
- Collect, organize, and disseminate internal best practices.
- Facilitate coordination among departments and on-site teams.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and performance indicators.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
- Prepare management reports and documentation.
- Support policy planning and improvement proposals.
- Contribute to talent development initiatives.
- Promote globalization by integrating global and local perspectives.
- Attend key meetings and prepare minutes to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in project management or administrative office functions.
- Proven ability in cross-departmental coordination and project promotion.
- Strong logical thinking and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting or assisting executive-level management.
- Experience in business coordination with Japan HQ.
- Experience in business process improvement or reform projects is an added advantage.
- Experience in company-wide project promotion is an added advantage.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills are an added advantage.
- Management experience in a global company is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
