Deputy Manager, HR&OD (3 years contract)

The candidate is responsible for ensuring HR policies and processes are aligned with legal requirements, best practices, and organizational priorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving policy development, compliance, continuous process improvement, and disciplinary matters.

HR Excellence & Governance

Apply sound judgment and analytical skills to assess and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic priorities

Stay current with regulatory changes and HR best practices, proactively identifying and recommending policy enhancements where appropriate.

Coordinate disciplinary procedures, ensuring documentation, fairness, and adherence to due process.

Serve as the point of contact for policy-related queries, escalations; independently evaluate and process policy deviation requests.

Partner other HR COEs to evaluate and streamline HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

Provide leadership and oversight for office management functions and the University’s One Stop Centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and quality service delivery

Required Qualifications & Experience
