Job description

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals while enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis.

• Oversee accurate and transparent consolidated financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant financial standards.

• Prepare financial management reports and present business performance insights to senior stakeholders, making strategic recommendations for improvement.

• Manage financial risk and optimize costs across the organization while coordinating tax strategies and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Directly oversee financial operations during transitions, managing accounting treatments and enhancing automation within processes.

• Ensure adherence to financial policies and stay updated on relevant accounting standards and tax regulations impacting operations.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity, while optimizing treasury functions and banking relationships.

• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders for informed financial analysis and strategic partnerships.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy with professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent preferred

• 10 years of relevant financial management experience with supervisory experience

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities with a track record of effective strategic decision-making.

• Experience implementing accounting systems and reporting tools; familiarity with SAP B1 is advantageous
