Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS, AI, data science, engineering or IS.
• MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate venture opportunities from I²R's DAC technologies.
• Develop venture theses including customer problem, value proposition, market, and competition.
• Lead front-end venture creation: market validation, customer discovery, and business model design.
• Drive venture formation: spin-off readiness, team formation, and commercialization pathway.
• Prepare and present venture cases for internal review and approval.
• Support sector partnerships and ecosystem engagement.
