Overview

Location: Central Singapore | Hybrid: Up to 2 Days WFH

Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of procurement officers to deliver effective sourcing strategies.
• Establish and implement category strategies to drive cost optimisation and efficiency.
• Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on procurement planning and contract management.
• Review and approve tender and contract documents to ensure compliance and governance.
• Oversee post-award contract management to ensure effective execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, systems, and frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of procurement experience, including 5+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Experience in construction, building, or facilities management procurement.
• Knowledge of government procurement procedures and compliance standards preferred.
• Familiarity with GeBIZ and GMC systems advantageous.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to corporate governance.

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
• Work Arrangement: Up to 2 Days WFH (subject to operational needs)
