Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of procurement officers to deliver effective sourcing strategies.
- Establish and implement category strategies to drive cost optimisation and efficiency.
- Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on procurement planning and contract management.
- Review and approve tender and contract documents to ensure compliance and governance.
- Oversee post-award contract management to ensure effective execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, systems, and frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of procurement experience, including 5+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Experience in construction, building, or facilities management procurement.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures and compliance standards preferred.
- Familiarity with GeBIZ and GMC systems advantageous.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to corporate governance.

- Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
- Work Arrangement: Up to 2 Days WFH (subject to operational needs)
