Job description

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the complete financial and accounting functions for SingHealth Headquarters, including funded programmes, SingHealth Pharmacare, Singapore Cord Blood Bank and subsidiary company, Aescapulus.

You will serve as a trusted business and financial adviser in the planning, coordination and rollout of shared facilities and services.

Your diverse portfolio will encompass budgeting and forecasting, financial and management reporting, cashflow projections, treasury and statutory audit. You will provide financial oversight for all funded programmes including research, education and training initiatives.

You will manage comprehensive tax matters including corporate tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST) and withholding tax. The role involves establishing effective internal control measures and ensuring the compliance with group policies and statutory requirements.

Additionally, you will contribute to strategic initiatives and projects, whilst building team capabilities and fostering professional development to enhance departmental effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy with at least 15 years of relevant experience and 8 years of supervisory experience
  • Chartered Accountant qualification
  • High integrity, meticulous and proactive
  • Independent and self-driven with excellent multitasking capabilities to meet demanding timelines
