Job summary

GovTech is seeking a Deputy Director, Partners Division (Finance) to lead a team responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and governance across government partners. You will develop policies, oversee reports, forecasts and budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the Whole-of-Government digital transformation roadmap for finance, while mentoring staff and managing competing

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in financial management or budgeting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting processes, and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and data management systems.
• Experience in governance and risk management within a financial context.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
