Job Description

We are seeking for a strategic and experienced Deputy Director to provide leadership over our Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and Analytics functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring our organization attracts, develops and retains top talent while maintaining a strong foundation of compliance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives and change management that align with business objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven HR strategies; and leverage HR data analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and drive data-informed continuous improvements;
  • Champion the adoption and integration of cutting-edge HR technologies, including AI and automation tools, to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness across the functions;
  • Provide strategic leadership over development and implementation of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, taking into consideration Group policies and initiatives;
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and Group policies, through audits and compliance reviews, identifying and mitigating potential risks proactively;
  • Establish and maintain effective governance over employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution, ensuring fairness and consistency;
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment;
  • Manage the HR budget strategically, ensuring efficient resource allocation that supports across the functions;
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on the above functions;
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and utilizing AI-powered HR solutions;
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation principles and applications in HR;
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful change programs;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
