Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate activities with subcontractors in accordance with project schedules and contract terms.
- Manage the project budget and expenditures to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Manage and allocate all on-site resources effectively.
- Oversee workplace safety to ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Monitor construction progress against the project timeline and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Negotiate with relevant parties (e.g., clients, subcontractors, suppliers) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage work schedules to ensure project plans are executed effectively.
- Prepare regular reports to track project progress, costs, and key metrics.
- Prepare tenders and contract bids.
- Supervise the on-site labour force to ensure all operations comply with established standards and regulations.

Requirements:
- 8 Years experience as Deputy Construction Manager OR at least 8 years or More as civil engineer.
- Able to Issue and Approve PTW
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the BCA
- This requires a practical understanding of Singapore's key construction regulations, including the Building Control Act for structural integrity, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act for on-site safety, and quality benchmarks like BCA CONQUAS. It ensures all work is legally compliant, safe, and meets industry standards.
- Must be a team player with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of management.
