Job summary

KTC Civil Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd invites a seasoned Project Manager to lead underground MRT Station design & build works in Singapore. You will coordinate with stakeholders, study drawings, manage resources, and ensure time and cost targets while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities include supervising site operations, coordinating with sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities, planning construction programs, and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board.
• 8–10 years of related experience in main contractor with Design & Build underground MRT Station project.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to project stakeholders for accomplishing project objectives within scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
• Study tender/construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager to oversee all site projects operations, functions & requirements.
• Oversee all technical matters, attend clients and consultants meetings and coordinate M&E and architectural works.
• Plan and sequence construction operations according to master and detailed work construction programs.
• Coordinate site operations with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities on resolving technical issues and monitor site progress against targets.
• Plan, procure, monitor and control resources such as manpower, machineries and materials to execute site works within time and cost.
• Lead coordination meetings with Site Manager, Site Engineers & Sub contractors.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment to aim for zero accidents.
• Ensure sites meet legal guidelines and health and safety requirements.
• Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned.
