Required Experience & Skills

• 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or technology transformation.
• Proven leadership in consulting or large enterprise environments
• Demonstrated success in delivering cyber transformation programs at enterprise scale.
• Deep understanding of risk governance, compliance, and resilience frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MAS, SOC, GDPR).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence C-suite and board members.
• Regional exposure in Asia–Pacific, ideally across financial services, telecom, or technology sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex topics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent.
• Background in advisory or consulting leadership (high level Partner / Director level preferred).
• Experience engaging with regulatory authorities or industry boards.
