  • Ensure progress reports and audits are completed and submitted promptly.
  • Oversee dental service quality and clinical care.
  • Work with Dental Admin Staff to oversee dental clinic operations.
  • Provide appropriate training and guidance to Dental Surgery Assistants.

Job Summary

The Dentist provides professional dental services, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of oral diseases. The Dentist also works closely with the dental team to deliver quality patient experience and support clinic operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Execute duties as a Dentist and as a Dental Lead.
  • Oversee work targets and manage deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Work with Dental Executive to ensure budget utilisation and tracking is done.
  • Ensure progress reports and audits are completed and submitted in a timely manner, if any.
  • Oversee dental service quality and clinical care.
  • Work with Dental Admin Staff to oversee dental clinic operations and maintenance.
  • Provide appropriate training and guidance to Dental Surgery Assistants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree with full registration under Singapore Dental Council.
  • Experience working with the public, preferably with the seniors patients.
  • Experience working in the domains of Special Care Dentistry will be added advantage.
  • Possess a passionate disposition to interact and care for seniors requiring dental care.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients.
  • Strong team player.
