Job summary

Q & M Dental Group invites applications for Dental Surgery Assistants (DSA). You will assist dentists, attend to patients, maintain the clinic and treatment room, and prepare X-ray/OPG for assessment. You will also manage cases with the dental laboratory and ensure infection control standards.

We welcome entry-level candidates with good communication skills; training will be provided. Working hours include rotating shifts (9 am–6 pm and 2 pm–9 pm), Saturdays and Sundays, with PPE required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Higher secondary education.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (9 am–6 pm and 2 pm–9 pm).
• Willing to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Willing to wear PPE for long hours.
• Not afraid of blood and saliva.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist dental surgeons in all forms of dental treatment.
• Attend to patients seeking treatments and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the clinic and treatment room.
• Maintain dental equipment and instruments in good working condition.
• Discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting payment, and scheduling next appointment.
• Develop X-ray/OPG for assessment of treatment.
• Send, receive and monitor cases sent to the dental laboratory.
• Ensure a high standard of infection control.
