Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Outram Park, Singapore, is seeking a Records Clerk to collect loose clinical notes from clinics and prepare them for outsourced scanning. The role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm at Outram Park location.

You will verify returned records, ensure quality of scanned records, and manage storage and archival of dental records with timely retrieval and delivery to clinics. Training will be provided for all duties.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Collect loose clinical notes from clinics, prepare and store notes in carton to send for outsourced scanning.
• Perform verification checks for returned records and quality of scanned records.
• Track and organise dental records, i.e. ensures and maintains dental records storage and archival.
• Perform tracing services by providing timely retrieval and delivery of dental records to the clinics.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
