We are looking for a Dental Concierge who will not only be the first point of contact for our patients but also play an important role in guiding them through their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to all patient queries.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Welcome and assist patients during their visit, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for.
  • Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear and empathetic manner, helping them understand their options, estimated costs, and next steps.
  • Support the dental team by coordinating appointments, financial arrangements, and treatment schedules.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure smooth communication between patients and clinicians.
  • Uphold Gentle Smile’s service standards and contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or dental/medical front office preferred.
  • Comfortable with patient consultations and discussing treatment plans confidently (training will be provided).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in handling digital communication tools and patient management systems.
  • A genuine passion for patient care and service excellence.
