Qualifications

• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and maintain Infection Control Standards.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide chair-side assistance to dentist during consultation and general procedures
• Ensure compliance according to MOH regulations, Infection Control Practices and maintain Infection Control Standards
• Maintenance of dental equipment including preparing, sterilization of dental instruments and environment pre and post procedures
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations including management of Dentist & Dental Clinic Executive schedules
• Manage and maintain inventory
• Ensure consistency of protocols including registration of patients, queue management, dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection of payment and submission of claims
• Plan and ensure effective training of new staff
• Any other related operational matters as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in operation of a dental clinic is preferred
• Able to demonstrable full knowledge of dental clinic operations
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Able to take initiative and pay close attention to detail
• Familiarity with claims and/or usage of Plato CMS an advantage
