Overview

Position: Dental Clinic Sales Representative/ Consultant
Location: CBD (Near Greenline MRT)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5.5 days/week, including both weekends)

Basic Salary: SGD 3,000 – 3,500 per month

Commission: Average SGD 1,000 – 2,000 per month (Depends on individual performance)

Annual Leave: 10 days + 1 birthday leave

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and assist with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Explain a full range of treatments clearly, including orthodontics, endodontics, Invisalign, whitening and dental alignments etc.
• Guide patients through treatment plans and consent forms with confidence.
• Provide professional consultation, recommend suitable treatments, and effectively close sales to convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Support patients throughout their journey, from initial enquiry to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical and operations team to coordinate appointments and treatments efficiently.
• Assist and provide coverage at other clinic locations as needed.
