Job summary

A dental care provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join their team. You will assist dental surgeons during procedures, maintain clinic cleanliness, and ensure patient comfort. Previous experience is a plus but on-the-job training is available. This position requires good communication and team skills, and may involve weekday and weekend night shifts.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Dental Assisting will be an advantage.
  • On-the-job training will be provided to candidates with no prior dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist dental surgeons in clinical & dental procedures.
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments.
  • Ensure high standard of infection control.
  • Maintain cleanliness of clinic facilities.
  • Ensure comfort of patients throughout treatment.
  • Perform desk duties such as registering/discharging patients.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the Clinic Manager.

Main responsibilities
  • Assist dental surgeons in clinical & dental procedures
  • Assist in preparing, sterilizing of dental instruments
  • Ensure high standard of infection control
  • Maintain & ensure cleanliness of clinic facilities
  • Ensure the comfort of patients throughout treatment
  • Perform desk duties such as registering/ discharging patients with courtesy professionalism
  • Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Clinic Manager.
Qualifications
