Responsibilities as a Dental Surgery Assistant

1. Support the dentist in all aspects of patient care, including getting appropriate instruments and materials required, ensuring patient comfort throughout the treatment.

2. Responsible for the cleaning and sterilization of instruments and equipment.

3. Carry out stock checks to ensure all necessary supplies are available.

4. Perform front desk duties with courtesy and professionalism, including booking and managing appointments, attending to walk-in and phone enquiries, registering patients, billing and collecting payments.

5. Maintain clinic cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment for our patients.
