Job summary

SMILEWORKS PTE LTD is seeking a Dental Assistant to support specialists in advanced dental procedures. You will prepare, sterilize, and manage specialist instruments while maintaining infection control and clinic readiness.

The role emphasizes patient comfort and professional desk duties in a fast-paced environment. You will train and mentor junior dental assistants, assist with inventory, and handle ad hoc tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Specialist.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience, assisting in specialist procedures (endodontics/orthodontics/prosthodontics).
• Ability to work independently with proactive initiative in a specialist setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care.
• High attention to infection control and handling specialized instruments.
• Leadership skills to mentor junior staff and maintain high clinical standards.
• Familiarity with specialized dental procedures, equipment and materials.
