Job summary

Smilefocus and GPA Dental Clinics, under Qualitas Healthcare Group, are seeking a capable clinic support staff to join our dental team in Singapore. You will provide day-to-day support to deliver high-quality dental services under the Clinic Manager, assisting dentists, preparing rooms, and maintaining infection control and patient comfort.

As part of the Smilefocus and GPA Dental Clinics, you will help ensure smooth patient flow, coordinate materials and stock, set up rooms and equipment, and

Qualifications

• Chairside assisting with four-handed technique and patient comfort.
• Infection control, disinfection and sterilization workflows.
• Radiography assistance including safe handling and positioning.
• Materials handling and safe use of dental prosthetics.
• Nitrous oxide handling and monitoring basics.
• Clinical set-up and room turnover readiness.
• Patient preparation, reassurance and consent support.
• Digital dentistry proficiency with scanning tools.
• Lab coordination and accurate record-keeping.
• Stock control and expiry date monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to Smilefocus and GPA Dental patients.
• Be a reliable member of the clinical team under the Clinic Manager.
• Maintain professional appearance with PPE at all times.
• Ensure smooth clinic workflow and effective patient communication.
• Prepare for and assist dentists during procedures; ready rooms/equipment.
• Maintain professional standards and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Address incidents promptly and report to the Clinic Manager.
• Attend support staff meetings and act on action items.
• Be receptive to feedback to improve service provision.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and PDPA compliance.
