Overview

Industry/ Organization Type: Healthcare (Dental Services)

Position Title: Dental Nurse

Working Location: Novena (6-minute walk from MRT)

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Sat, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + OT

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to standards.
• Take and process dental X-rays as required.
• Maintain patient records accurately and update them as needed.
• Manage patient appointments and assist with scheduling at the front desk.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure a clean and organized dental environment.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Assist in front desk operations, including patient check-in, billing, and insurance processing.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
