- Prepare and present high-quality pastries and desserts according to hotel recipes and standards, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and visual appeal.
- Support the Pastry Chef in daily culinary operations, including production, inventory management, and recipe development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times, adhering to strict hygiene standards and state/local health regulations.
- Assist with the setup and presentation of a la carte pastry orders and buffet dessert displays, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and inviting presentation.
