• Managed the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, including purchase order handling and shipment coordination.
• Oversaw customer accounts, tracked shipments and revenue, and reviewed raw material needs and customer forecasts.
• Acted as the primary liaison for customers, coordinating with internal teams to meet service and delivery expectations.
• Handled customer inquiries and resolved order fulfillment issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve production planning and streamline logistics workflows.
• Planned and monitored demand and supply to ensure accurate forecasting and balanced inventory.
• Analyzed supply and demand trends to anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges.
• Supported the implementation of new processes and continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintained product configurations and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the fulfillment system.
• Prepared and analyzed reports to support business planning and departmental decision-making.
• Ensured accurate data management and reporting for process optimization.
• Carried out additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
